John Brennan's Remarks
In June 2016, then-CIA Director John Brennan spoke at the Council on Foreign Relations about Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI).
He described SAI as:
"...a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do."
He also discussed the estimated costs, potential benefits, and geopolitical implications of such technology.

Weather Modification Isn't New
The idea of altering the weather is not unique to the modern era.
One of the best-documented examples occurred during the Vietnam War.
Operation Popeye
Between 1967 and 1972, the U.S. military conducted Operation Popeye, a cloud-seeding program over parts of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
The goal was to increase rainfall, extend the monsoon season, soften roads, and disrupt enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
The operation remained classified for years before becoming public knowledge.
Many historians cite Operation Popeye as one of the clearest examples of military weather modification.
Iran's Claims
Iranian officials have, at various times, accused foreign countries of influencing regional weather.
For example, in 2018, an Iranian military official claimed that hostile countries were manipulating weather patterns affecting Iran's rainfall. Those claims were widely reported but were not substantiated with evidence, and many meteorologists rejected them.
Following Iran's missile strikes on U.S. bases in Iraq in 2020, some commentators pointed to subsequent heavy rainfall and flooding in parts of the region. There is no verified evidence establishing a connection between those weather events and military activity.
Geoengineering Today
Solar geoengineering generally refers to proposed methods intended to cool the Earth by reflecting a small percentage of incoming sunlight.
Commonly discussed approaches include:

Supporters believe these technologies could potentially reduce global temperatures.
Critics warn of unintended environmental consequences, governance issues, and ethical concerns. Also, spraying Barium and Aluminum into the atmosphere as well as on crops is detrimental to our health.

The exact legal language differs from state to state, and many proposals focus broadly on weather modification rather than the term "chemtrails."
Also, let’s not forget, when the government was “shutdown”, these mysterious white lines in the sky were completely missing. Contrails don’t stop when funding stops, chemtrails do.

Final Thought
History shows that weather modification has moved beyond fiction in certain contexts, as demonstrated by documented programs such as Operation Popeye.
As with many controversial subjects, it's worth examining primary sources, considering multiple perspectives, and distinguishing documented facts from claims that remain unverified. It is also important to keep in mind that we are fed a nothing but propaganda from government, therefore it is always important to think critically and ask questions.
I for one, don’t think a select few should be playing God. I personally feel the global elites are playing with the health and wellness of humanity and poisoning us daily under the guise of “climate change”. Do your own research.
